Membership is open to organizations whose work helps further the mission of the IAMC
MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
IAMC members may propose a Scientific Working Group (SWG) by submitting a proposal to the SSC.
IAMC members can sign up to participate in a SWG.
IAMC members may propose to undertake activities that benefit the community and the IAMC may choose to recommend those activities to its members.
The right to vote for and to be a candidate for At-Large Elected SSC members.
Dissemination on the IAM community activities via the IAMC communication channels
MEMBERSHIP OBLIGATIONS
Member organizations must commit to further the mission of the IAMC and work within the governance structure of the organisation.
Members should actively participate in IAMC activities. For example, participation can take any of the following forms:
Participating in one or more of the IAMC Scientific Working Groups
Participating in the IAMC Annual Meeting
Organising open IAM community activities
Participating in outreach activities
MEMBERSHIP DURATION
Membership will be reviewed every three years, coinciding with the end of the mandate of the Scientific Steering Committee.

Applicant institutions join the IAMC by filling in the application for membership.
